What is processing time?

The time I need to prepare all aspects of an order for shipping. This does not include shipping. 

 

How long is the current processing time?

4-6 weeks. I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

 

Why does processing time take 4-6 weeks?

All items are made to order and I work on them in the order that they are received. This small shop is solely run by me while juggling a preschooler.

How should I care for my product?

It is suggested that items are hand washed and layed flat to dry.

 

What sizes do you offer?

For most styles I offer size 6-9 months to 5t. I can make sizes 6-14 kids for an additional charge. Please contact me for details: dudleydenim@mail.com

 

How does the denim fit?

Most items fit true to size, unless stated other wise. All denim has an adjustable waist.

 

Do you take custom orders?

Yes! Feel free to send ideas to dudleydenim@mail.com. Though, I will not copy another creator’s work.

 

Do you offer adult sizes?

I do not, but I do have a “send me your mom jeans” option in the shop. You can send your denim for the VIP Dudley Denim treatment. Prices may vary per style.

 

Can I send you my child’s denim to customize?

Definitely! I have a “send me your jeans” listing in the shop just for this! Please contact me after purchase to get the shipping address. 

 

Do you use new or pre-loved denim?

All denim used for orders is new, never worn denim. Brands many vary per item. Contact me with questions: dudleydenim@mail.com. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I do ship first class internationally.

 

Will I need to pay customs and import taxes? 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Do you accept exchanges? 

I gladly accept exchanges. Just contact me within: 3 days of delivery. Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery.

 

Do you accept returns?

I don't accept returns or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

What are the conditions of return?

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
